What I Do

My specialty is helping people release pain through bodywork and massage therapy.

Body pain is communication that indicates dysfunction.  Our health care system typically use drugs to numb the pain. 

My approach is to work with the specific muscles that are creating the pain. Once the pattern has been identified, I will release the contracted muscles which will change the body's communication and disrubts the body's pain cycle.
